The System Integration Consultant serves as the link between the customers, developers, carriers, platforms, account management and our IT organization. He/she will be making sure IT system integrations run as smooth as possible. For this you will need to understand the customer's needs and our operational processes regarding IT integrations. The team would benefit from a person with a technical background to reduce leaning on our external software development partner during challenging changes.

In summary the main purpose of the job is:

• Integrate logistical carriers/partners within our IT systems. Coordinating between developers, product managers, partners from requirements definition till testing and go live.
• Act as the go-to-person for integrating complex customers to our API's, e-commerce platform plugins and web-portals.
• Continuous development and support on our expanding platform connections.
• Describe and implement an optimal, sustainable process for connecting and maintaining the API's and plugins.
• Propose optimizations / improvements of current processes to the Platform & Integrations team.
• Maintain IT knowledge and integration techniques in order to be a knowledgeable liaison for (Customer) IT departments.
• Make sure maintenance customer and carrier setups are organized (CICD, incident management + log).
• Be an advocate for the customer integration & IT strategy for Spring Europe.
• Facilitate training & development within Integrations Community to increase knowledge and raise ability awareness.

• This position is on scale 11 with a salary between € 4.538,- and € 6.428,- gross monthly based on your background and level;

In summary you can find yourself in the following background:

• Knowledge of API's, programming languages, integration techniques, middleware solutions, etc.
• Ability to quickly absorb knowledge and provide support on our current e-commerce systems including XBS, BACK, Linehaul, platform plugins.
• Expertise in working with API's, data (Databases, JSON, csv), functional application. management, troubleshooting, integrations and migrations.
• Expertise in reading code and closely connected with software development.
• High level of IT savviness with a business mindset (customer focus).
• Good level of confidence and communication skills to provide the business with clear explanation and where needed push back.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
