We are looking for an experienced CB professional to join our small Global C&B Key Account Manager (KAM) team for Digital Industries.

In this role you will provide insight and guidance on Compensation & Benefits topics as well as take ownership of their future development as a trusted partner to the business. In addition to the KAM role, you will work on corporate-level Siemens CB programs and initiatives. As a team we believe in empowerment and flexibility, allowing you the freedom to perform the role in the best way for you.

The opportunity:

• Be a trusted partner in all rewards matters to Global BU P&O Business Partners and business leaders/managers.

• Contribute to the development, and drive implementation and monitoring of business-focused Reward strategies

• Identify and initiate improvements to our reward offering through understanding employee and business expectations and market developments

• Perform analysis and research to draw conclusions and make decisions

• Lead and contribute on projects, alongside delivering an annual cycle of activities

• Collaborate with other experts on various projects and initiatives, both within the C&B team and across functions

• Create and maintain effective relationships with diverse set of stakeholders including DI P&O, Finance, and business leaders.

Your background:

• Business English fluent, additional languages a plus

• Deep professional know-how and experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally gained within a Siemens company

• Well developed Project Management skills, with the ability to collaborate within and across Country borders

• Strong consulting, influencing and coaching skills

• Advanced communication skills with the ability to adapt to audience, topic, cultural requirements

• Be a proactive thinker, challenger of the status quo and initiator of change

• Strong analytical abilities, including proficient use of MS Excel

• Prepared for light travel

• Highly self-motivated
